Conflict of Interest (COI)

Conflict of Interest policies and procedures at the University of Arizona are about integrity and transparency in managing the intersections of public and private interests. They are part of an institutional culture of ethics and good judgment in the University’s performance of all of its missions (teaching, research, public service) and its administrative and business operations.
Request a COI overview session for your department.   We are pleased to provide training on COI policies and predures to your department.  Please complete the Request Form and return it to the COI office.   NOTE: this does not take the place of the required online training, which is located in the Online Disclosure and Training System on the Forms page.
